Community & Contest Rules

Fartissimo.net

Last updated: [DATE — insert on publication]

Fartissimo is a platform for artistic sound video performances — musical and comedic sound imitation, rhythm, beatboxing, parody, and similar performances where the sound is the star. These Rules keep Fartissimo creative, safe, and fun for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service; breaking them can lead to content removal, warnings, or a ban.

In one line: Make us laugh and impress us with sound — not with shock, nudity, toilet humor, or anyone's private parts. Keep it clever, keep it clean.

1. Who Can Participate

2. What Fartissimo Is About (Allowed Content)

We love submissions such as:

Costumes, props, microphones, musical instruments, your face/hands/body on a stage or set, and safe, good-natured humor are all welcome. Humor should never humiliate real people.

3. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

To protect the community and keep Fartissimo positioned as an artistic sound platform — not an adult, toilet, or shock site — the following are strictly prohibited. Videos containing them will be rejected or removed, and repeat or serious violations lead to a ban.

Sexual / nudity:

Toilet / bodily:

Harm to people:

Rights & integrity:

Other prohibited:

If you're unsure whether something fits, err on the side of taste — the vibe is clever and clean, never crude or explicit.

4. Upload Rules (Technical)

To be eligible, videos must meet these requirements (others may be auto-rejected or sent to manual review):

When uploading you must confirm that you are 18+, that you hold the rights to the video, and that you accept these Rules and the Terms.

5. How Moderation Works

  1. Automated (AI) check — every upload is screened. We check technical requirements and analyze frames, on-screen text, and any speech to detect prohibited content, producing a risk score:
    • low risk → may be accepted automatically;
    • medium risk → sent to manual review by a human moderator;
    • high risk → auto-rejected.
  2. Manual review — a moderator can accept, reject, remove, or ban, based on the video, extracted frames, transcript, on-screen text, AI labels, and history.
  3. Reasons — if your video is rejected, you'll see a reason (e.g., too short/long, no audio, possible prohibited content, possible copyright issue).

We may refuse, hide, restrict, or remove any content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Rules or the Terms, or is otherwise harmful or off-brand.

6. Reports and Automatic Hiding

Every published video has a Report button. You can report content for reasons such as: prohibited content, nudity/sexual content, a minor in the video, hate/harassment, copyright issue, stolen video, personal data, or other.

7. Appeals

If your video is rejected, you may submit one appeal per video from your dashboard. Explain why you believe the decision was wrong. A moderator will review it and respond. Appeals may be approved or rejected; we are not obligated to reinstate content.

9. Copyright and Infringement Complaints

You may only upload sound, music, and footage that you created or have the rights to use. Using someone else's copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.

If you believe your copyright is being infringed, send a complaint to [email protected] including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you own.
  2. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing video on Fartissimo.
  3. Your contact details.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid complaints, may remove the content, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us to dispute it.

10. Consequences of Violations

Depending on severity and history, violations may result in:

Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Changes to These Rules

We may update these Rules to keep the community safe and the platform on-brand. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Fartissimo after changes means you accept the updated Rules.
